What is your favourite piece of leadership advice?

There is opportunity in chaos and adversity. Too many people waste time complaining, waiting to be saved, or hoping things go back to normal. Be someone who looks for the potential in those moments - create a new initiative, new role, new way of doing things, new skill, etc. The difficult circumstance is actually like reaching a boss at the end of a level in a video game. You can't get to the next level without overcoming and pushing forward. Slay that dragon and level up!

What is your favourite piece of leadership advice?

Favorite leadership advise is from Covey’s 7 Habits-Seek first to Understand.  Grounds me in listening and asking questions before I chime in.  You can’t be a servant leader if you decide how to serve someone.  Serving someone means we meet them where they are and how they want to be served.

What are you most proud of in your career?

Being able to participate in moments in someone’s career that have made a difference for them.
